- Minimum Educational Qualification – Candidates should possess Graduation and Post-Graduation (PG) in relevant subject from government recognized institution or University.

Selection Process:
- Commission will take CBT based examination.
- The exam will be taken in One Phases: (a) Main Examination.
- There will be two paper in the main examination and this examination will be taken in two shifts.
- The duration of the Paper-1 examinations will be 1 hours and Paper-2 examinations will be 2 hours.
- The questions in Paper-1 exam will be from Computer Knowledge and Operations, while Paper-2 exam questions will be from the Specialized Subject.
- Examinations questions will be objective and multiple choice answers, the full mark each questions (Paper-1 & Paper-2) will be 4 marks.
- There will be 1/4 Negative marking of both Paper-1 and Paper-2 for the every wrong answers.
