JSSC CGL Syllabus 2022 In English :

JSSC CGL (JGGLCCE) Exam 2022 Syllabus Details in English : full syllabus details of Jharkhand JSSC CGL exam in english language i.e Jharkhand General Graduate level Combined Competition Examination (JGGLCCE) for the recruitment of Assistant Branch officer, Block Supply Officer, Cost Secretariat Assistant, And Planning Assistant vacancies. The recruitment process will be held in One Stages

• Main Examination

Main Examination:

Main exam consist of three Papers. These Exams will be Conduct in three sittings. Duration of Exam for Each Papers will be 2 hours.

Paper-1 (Language Knowledge):

• Marks of this paper will not add for merit i.e. this exam is Qualifying in nature.
• Qualifying marks of this exam is 30%.
• There will be given 3 (three) marks for every right answer.
• There will be negative marking of 1 (one) mark for each wrong answer.
• The exam will consist of objective type, Multiple-choice questions only.

Hindi Language Knowledge

Questions on Hindi Unseen Passage – 30 Questions.

Questions on Hindi Grammar – 30 Questions.

English Language Knowledge

Questions on English Unseen Passage – 30 Questions.

Questions on English Grammar – 30 Questions.

Paper-2 (Regional Language):

• Marks of this exam will be added in merit.
• Exam conducted based on any one regional language selected at the time of registration.
• There will be given 3 (three) marks for every right answer.
• There will be negative marking of 1 (one) mark for each wrong answer.
• The exam will consist of objective type, Multiple-choice questions only.

General Studies

Knowledge of current events and day-to-day events such as clean observation and scientific attitude towards them as expected from an educated person. Especially with respect to Jharkhand and neighbouring countries of India. Current Affairs, National / International Awards, Scientific Progress, Indian Languages, books and Authors, Script, Capital, Currency, Sports and Players. Indian History, Culture, Geography, Environment, Independence Movement, Economic Scenario, Major Features of Indian Agriculture and Natural Resources, Indian Constitution and Polity, Political System of the Country, Community Development, Panchayat Raj and Five Years Plans. General  knowledge about Geographic location and Political status of State of Jharkhand.

General Science

Questions related on General Science based on Observation and Experience in day–to-day life. As expected from a well-educated person who has not done a specific study of Science Subject.

General Math

Problem Related to Arithmetic, Elementary Algebra, Geometry, General Trigonometry and Mensuration. Generally in this section question based on 10^th standard.

Reasoning Ability

Analogy, Imaginary Position, Similarities and Differences, Problem Solving, Relationship Concept, Analysis, Visual Memory, Discrimination, Overview, Arithmetic Reasoning, Number Series and Coding Decoding etc.

Computer Knowledge

Questions Related to Varies Equipment’s of Computer, MS Window Operating System, MS Office and Information About Operation technique of Internet.

Jharkhand General Knowledge

Jharkhand State’s History, Geography, Civilisation, Culture, Language Literature, Places, Ores and Minerals, Industry, Contribution of Jharkhand in National Movement, Sports and Players, Development Plans, Personalities, Civic Achievement and National and International Importance of Jharkhand etc.

Important Points:

1. Minimum qualifying marks for Paper-1 (Language Paper) of Main examination is 30%.
2. Those who score less than the qualifying marks in paper-1 (Language Paper) in main examination will Disqualify and will not evaluation of marks of Paper-2 and Paer-3.
3. Final Merit List will be prepared by adding marks of Paper-2 and Paper-3 of main examination.
